Who Needs Registration?
Startups selling goods with turnover above Rs 40 Lakhs (Rs 20 Lakhs in hill states) or services above Rs 20 Lakhs must obtain GST registration. E-commerce sellers require mandatory registration.

- PAN Card of the business or promoters
- Aadhaar Card of the promoters
- Proof of business address (Rent Agreement/Electricity Bill)
- Bank Account statement/cancelled cheque
